3 Soothing Yoga Poses for Menstrual Comfort

Hello wonderful ladies!

Today, let's chat about something calming – yoga!

Specifically, we're exploring three super-easy poses that not only make you feel good but can also ease those annoying cramps during your period.

1. Child's Pose (Balasana): The Cozy Hug

Imagine you're giving yourself a cozy hug – that's Child's Pose.

Great for your lower back and perfect if you're dealing with PCOS or just want some extra comfort during your period.

How to do it: Sit back on your heels, stretch your arms forward, and relax.

2. Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana): The Butterfly Stretch

Think of a butterfly gently stretching its wings – that's Reclining Bound Angle Pose.

It's a lovely stretch for your hips and lower belly, and it's extra nice when your period is playing tricks on you.

How to do it: Lie on your back, bring your feet together, and let your knees relax to the sides.

3. Cat-Cow Stretch: The Friendly Flex

Cat-Cow Stretch is like a friendly dance for your spine. It's not just fun; it helps your lower

belly relax.

If your tummy gets grumpy during your period, this one's a winner.

How to do it: On your hands and knees, arch your back up and then dip it down.
