BIGGEST LOSSER Delight: Nutty Chicken Kare-Kare to Satisfy Your Cravings!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Thigh

  • Pechay

  • Sitaw

  • Onion, minced

  • Garlic, minced

  • Chicken Broth

  • PROVITA Peanut Spread

  • PROVITA Rolled Oats, ground

  • Salt

Procedure:

  1. Cook the sitaw until soft and set aside.

  2. Saute onion and garlic in coconut oil.

  3. Add chicken and cook on all sides.

  4. Add the broth and bring to a boil until the chicken is tender.

  5. Add the peanut spread.

  6. Lower the heat and slowly add ground rolled oats.

  7. Add the cooked sitaw and pechay, then cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Serve and relish the goodness!
