  • 1 cup water (adjust accordingly)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Coconut oil for deep frying



Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground rolled oats, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder until well combined.

  2. Add water to the mixture and stir well until a thick batter forms. Adjust the amount of water as needed to achieve the right consistency.

  3. Rinse the okra and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  4. Add the halved okra to the batter and toss until each piece is fully coated.

  5. In a deep frying pan, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat.

  6. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the battered okra to the pan using a slotted spoon. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

  7. Fry the okra until they are golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure they are evenly cooked on all sides.

  8. Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to transfer the okra to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

  9. Drizzle the olive oil over the crispy okra bites while still hot.

  10. Serve hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce but make sure it's PCOS30 approved.
