Transform your breakfast with our Frozen Protein Pancake recipe featuring PROVITA Shape in Shake.


Here's how to whip up this delightful treat:


Ingredients:

  • 2 sachets PROVITA Shape in Shake

  • 100-150 ml Almond Milk

  • 1 Banana (chopped)

  • Handful of Strawberries

  • Handful of Raspberries

  • Handful of Blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Shape in Shake:

  • Mix 2 sachets of PROVITA Shape in Shake with 100-150ml of almond milk. Ensure a lump-free consistency and set it aside.

  1. Prep the Fruit Base:

  • Place chopped fruit and berries in a pancake tray, ensuring not to overfill. A few pieces in should be perfect.

  1. Pour Pancake Mixture:

  • Pour the prepared pancake mixture on top of the fruit in the pancake tray, filling them almost to the top. Add more fruit if there's room.

  1. Freeze and Enjoy:

  • Place the pancake tray in the freezer, and voila! You now have frozen pancakes ready to be cooked whenever you crave them. Heat in a pan with a little oil or butter, and you're good to go.
