PCOFFEE Ala-Espresso with Peanut Spread: A Caffeine-Free Delight

For many, coffee is an essential part of the morning routine, but for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), caffeine can be problematic.

PCOFFEE Rice Coffee offers a delightful alternative, made from pure roasted brown rice and free from caffeine, making it a great choice for managing PCOS symptoms.


  • 2 tablespoons PCOFFEE Rice Coffee

  • 1 tablespoon PROVITA Peanut Spread

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or non-dairy alternative)

  • 1 teaspoon PROVITA Coco Sugar


  1. Brew PCOFFEE Rice Coffee: Place 2 tablespoons of PCOFFEE Rice Coffee in a cup.

  2. Add Boiling Water: Pour 1/2 cup of boiling water into the cup.

  6. Froth Milk (Optional): Use a milk frother to froth the warm almond milk until it becomes foamy.

  7. Combine: Pour the warm milk over the brewed PCOFFEE Rice Coffee and peanut spread mixture.

  8. Sweeten: Add 1 teaspoon of coco sugar.
