Chia Seeds Water: A Natural Drink To Get More Fiber





The health benefits of chia seeds are well known; they also make a great drink.



Chia seeds water provides you with a hydrating drink that gives you an energizing boost throughout the day.



This recipe is an easy way to add chia seeds to water to help you meet your daily fiber needs.









The way to make Chia Seed Water Recipe:


Ingredients

3 cups of Water

1 tbsp. PCOS30 Organic Chia Seeds

1 Fresh lemon juice (or pick an alternative to make it fruit-infused water)


Method

  1. Any container can be used, along with a spoon or straw for stirring.

  2. Make lemon juice. Slice the remaining half of the lemon and juice half of it.

  3. Mix everything. Combine the water, lemon juice, and lemon slices with the chia seeds in a container. After that, leave it alone for 15 minutes so that the seeds can swell and gel.


How long does Chia Seed Water last?


Chia seeds water can be made in a matter of seconds. If you want to make some chia seeds water ahead of time, you can store it in a tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Just make sure to shake or swirl it before drinking.
