Cinnamon Protein Apples - Powerful Yet Light and Warm

If you are looking for something different to eat at night, here's what you should be doing.

This simple recipe is packed with essential nutrients such as protein, vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, iron, fiber, and potassium.

This Cinnamon Protein Apples recipe makes an excellent meal for a light dinner.


1 sachet of PROVITA Shape in Shake

1 sachet of PCOS30 Rolled Oats

2/3 cup Coconut Milk

1 small apple, chopped

1/2 tsp PCOS30 Cinnamon Powder + a dash more for cooking the apple


  1. Combine oats and milk in a small pot. Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning, until the liquid has been absorbed by the oats.

  2. Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon oil in a separate small saucepan over medium heat. Spray the apple chunks with cooking spray before adding them. Cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly, until the apples are tender, adding a dash of cinnamon as needed.

  3. Remove from heat and toss in apple with cinnamon.

  4. Stir in PROVITA Shape in Shake last, if using.

  5. Top oatmeal with apples. Enjoy!
