Easy Flourless Protein Brownie Bites Recipe! And have you ever considered steaming brownies instead of baking them? YES! These have been steamed! INSANE, right?
These brownie bites are also the best for a reason.
They're fudgy and hold up pretty nicely, and when refrigerated, they have the nicest texture ever; you'd be kidding yourself if you didn't realize they're truly healthy...but they are!
1 cup Sliced Banana
1/2 cup PCOS30 Peanut Spread
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 sachet PROVITA Shape in Shake
1 tbsp. PCOS30 Coco Sugar
Combine ALL of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or mixing bowl and blend/mix until smooth.
Make sure each muffin tray is well greased. Fill each muffin tin halfway with the brownie mixture. They will not rise because no baking powder is required.
Place them into a steamer basket, then cook for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow to cool completely in the muffin tray.
Refrigerate for several hours after it has cooled for the best results.
