With a simple mixture of fresh strawberries, bananas and chia seeds, you can have an energy boost in minutes.

This smoothie tastes great and it's packed with vitamins and minerals. It's easy to make and is great for breakfast or anytime of the day.


Get on your blend with me. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients


1 tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 cup Water

1 scoop Shape in Shake Protein Powder (Caramel Vanilla Flavor)

1 Medium Bananas, sliced and frozen

1 cup Frozen Strawberries

Method

  1. Combine chia seeds, water and Shape in Shake in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, covered.

  2. In a blender, combine bananas. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  3. Blend in the strawberries until they are nearly smooth. Don't worry, the chia seeds Shape in Shake combination will aid in smoothing the strawberries.

  4. Remove the chia seeds mixture from the refrigerator; it should have thickened to the consistency of gel. Whisk it again. Scrape the chia seed mixture from the cup into the blender using a rubber spatula or spoon. Blend on high until smooth.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve right away!
