Muscle Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Shape in Shake

This easy recipe features sweet potatoes mashed into creamy texture and mixed with our PROVITA Shape in Shake.

This is the bodybuilder’s best friend.

Sweet potatoes are one of the most complete and nutritious foods around.


  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into cubes

  • 1 sachet PROVITA Shape in Shake

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp. of PCOS30 Coco Sugar


  1. In a large pot with steamer, steam sweet potatoes for 7 minutes or until cubes are tender and easy to pierce with a knife.

  2. Transfer potato cubes to a medium mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

  4. Serve warm.

Makes: Serves 2
