Not So Spinach Smoothie

Many have been asking especially those who are new to green smoothies about the taste of spinach. Worried it might taste awful but don't be scared! Spinach smoothies are not so spinach.

During the Day 1 of the Program, we have this Spinach Shake that can be done in just 15 minutes you will only need:

2 Frozen banana

1 cup spinach

1 shape in shake

1 cup glass water

You just need to put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth!

Spinach or Kangkong. Smoothies with spinach are incredibly healthful! It's packed with nutrients and antioxidants like magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin C, and soluble fiber. Despite the fact that the spinach gives the smoothie a distinct color, it is really mild. This green smoothie has no green flavor. You can use baby spinach or baby red okame spinach.

Banana. Smoothies made with frozen bananas are thicker, richer, and creamier without the need for ice. Plus, bananas are low in calories and high in fiber and antioxidants. You can actually add other fruit to these smoothie-like strawberries, pineapple, or apple.

Shape in Shake. Made with 80 fermented fruits & veggie plus probiotics (Lactobacillus Fermentum) to help curb cravings, help maintain or lose weight, boost bone health and improve metabolism and fat burning.

Storage and Preparation Suggestions

To keep. Refrigerate the smoothie in an airtight jar for up to 1 day.

To Plan Ahead. For one smoothie, measure out the spinach and fruit components and freeze them in a zip-top bag. Repeat as necessary. Remove each bag as needed for ready-made portions and store for up to 3 months.
