During the Day 1 of the Program, we have this Spinach Shake that can be done in just 15 minutes you will only need:
2 Frozen banana
1 cup spinach
1 shape in shake
1 cup glass water
You just need to put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth!

Storage and Preparation Suggestions
To keep. Refrigerate the smoothie in an airtight jar for up to 1 day.
To Plan Ahead. For one smoothie, measure out the spinach and fruit components and freeze them in a zip-top bag. Repeat as necessary. Remove each bag as needed for ready-made portions and store for up to 3 months.
