Orange Chocohazelnut Shake

Chocohazelnut and fruit are a natural culinary pairing. Oranges, raspberries and strawberries all pair well with the food of the gods.   • Orange (peeled and all white stuff removed) 1

  • 1 sachet of shape in shake-chocohazelnut

  • Low-fat cottage cheese 1 cup

  • Flaxseed Oil 1 tbsp

  • Ice 1 cup


  • Combine all ingredients in a countertop blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serves 1 large or 2 small.
