  • Water 1 & ½ cup

  • Orange juice ½ cup

  • Old fashioned large flake oats ½ cup

  • Orange (cut into small pieces) ½

  • Flaxseed Oil 1 tbsp

  • Plain low-fat yogurt ¼ cup

  • In a small pot bring water and orange juice to a boil on high heat. Add the oats. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid is absorbed (approximately 7-10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in oranges and oil. Combine ¼ cup of yogurt with shape in shake in a separate bowl. Mix with a fork until shake in shake is dissolved. Pour shake in shape over oatmeal and serve. Serves 1 large and 2 small.
