This healthy Choco Banana Cinnamon Smoothie recipe is perfect for mornings when you want to create a nutritious breakfast but don't have much time. It's a time saver during breakfast rush hour and will keep your family going all morning.

Unlike other banana cinnamon smoothie recipes, this one is dairy-free and flavored with dark chocolate. The frozen bananas, rolled oats, chia seeds and shape in shake give this smoothie a thicker thickness. When combined with the creamy coconut milk, you have the foundation for a nutritious and filling meal.

Ingredients

1 sachet Shape in Shake

1 cup Coconut Milk

1 ½ Frozen Bananas, cut into chunks

5 square cuts of PCOS30 Dark Chocolate

¼ tsp. PCOS30 Cinnamon Powder, plus more for dusting

1 tbs. PCOS30 Organic Chia Seeds

⅓ cup PCOS30 Rolled Oats

½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

4–5 ice cubes


Method

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into two glasses, top with sprinkled cinnamon.

Note

If you are planning to serve and drink this immediately, you can use chia seeds. If you plan to retain it or sip on it for an extended period of time, it may become gelatinous.
