What happens when you want mushy cinnamon rolls but are attempting to limit your sugar intake?

Energy Balls with Cinnamon Rolls! That's what happens.

And they're just delicious! They actually taste like sticky cinnamon buns!

They're great for a quick breakfast, snack, or healthful dessert!

Let's get started!


1 cup Raw Cashews

1 cup Dates (unsweetened)

1 sachet of Shape in Shake

½ cup PCOS30 Rolled Oates

1 + ½ tsp PCOS30 Cinnamon Powder

1 + ½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp Salt (less if your cashews are salted)

Water (just enough to give moisture to the dough)

Coconut oil (if the dough isn't sticking together)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Process the ingredients until a nearly-smooth, sticky dough forms.

  3. Use a mini cookie scoop or a tablespoon to scoop the dough into 13-15 rounds. Roll each round of dough into a ball. Enjoy!
