How to make a Chia Egg
It's as simple as adding:
1 tbsp. PCOS30 Organic Chia Seeds (available @ our PCOS30 Pantry)
2.5 tbsp. Water
Stir and set aside for 5 minutes to soak up the water until it becomes sticky.
If a baking recipe calls for two eggs, double the above recipe.
It's now time to start baking.
