Or you could add grated PCOS30 Dark Chocolate as toppings.
Or drizzle PCOS30 Peanut Butter.
WHY IS HOT CHOCOLATE NOT HEALTHY?
Most hot chocolate isn’t healthy because it contains sugar. One cup of traditional hot chocolate is almost as much as 2 full sized Snickers bars!
The good news is, you can satisfy your sweet tooth totally guilt-free with this easy hot dark chocolate recipe! This is sugar-free but will still have good flavor from cinnamon and vanilla and the natural sweetness of coconut milk. This is definitely PCOS30 APPROVED!
To save time, you can combine all of the ingredients in a blender first, then heat on the stove or in the microwave.
